Our standard diagnostic / service call fee is $139.00. This covers a technician visiting your home to inspect and diagnose the issue.
General furnace maintenance and general AC maintenance are each $149.00 per system.
Emergency or after-hours service rates may vary depending on the time and nature of the call. Our team will communicate any applicable fees before work begins — no surprises.

We recommend servicing your furnace at least once per year, ideally in the fall before winter sets in.

Thanks JDK for our furnace repair. Our furnace went out Saturday morning on the coldest day of the year. We tried a few different companies in Edmonton. JDK was the only one to answer and gave an approximate time they would be. They kept us updated with arrival times and were on time. Very professional and honest up front what the repairs would cost. They were able to repair our furnace quickly and get the heat back on in the low -30s weather which was very much appreciated!
